I am now (6 July 2020) successfully working from a new bespoke home office complete with the usual trappings including S Two-Sided commercial colour printer/copier/scanner. I enjoyed my 13+years at 51 The Parade Cardiff but it is opportune to adapt to new home- working arrangements post Covid-19.

The latest RICS UK commercial Property survey precicts modestly stronger outlook emerging for 2020 concerning rents and capital values; However, it remains a fairly bleak outlook for in-town and out-of-town retail; Prime and secondary industrial assets are performing well; Prime office investment properties are showing more positive growth
There remain opportunities for cash-rich investors to purchase distressed property (e.g. repossessed houses) and create high-yielding investments and grow their portfolios
