With over 25 years of experience, practising across South Wales, I cover a wide variety of property including: shops, offices, industrial, residential, medical, licensed, leisure, development and investment properties.

I have Professional Indemnity Insurance cover up to £3.5M
and I am Regulated by RICS. I attend seminars and training workshops in order to remain in touch with all valuation, legal, environmental and other issues relevant to my professional work.

I am an RICS APC Assessor, responsible for interviewing candidates on their competencies prior to formal qualification.

Since January 2011 I have become an RICS Registered Valuer. I’m also currently Chairman of RICS South East Wales Local Association and a Member of RICS Secured Lending Group (London-based)
